摘要

本研究旨在探討長期護理對患者心理和生理的影響。通過對患者進行長期護理干預(yù)，研究長期護理對患者心理和生理的影響，并提出相應(yīng)的護理策略。本研究采用問卷調(diào)查和實驗設(shè)計的方法，通過對患者進行長期護理干預(yù)后，進行心理和生理指標的監(jiān)測，以評估長期護理干預(yù)的效果。本研究結(jié)果表明，長期護理干預(yù)對患者心理和生理有積極的影響，并提出了相應(yīng)的護理策略。

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of long-term care on patients\’ psychological and physiological health. Through long-term care interventions, we study the effects of long-term care on patients\’ psychological and physiological health, and propose corresponding care strategies. This study uses questionnaire survey and experimental design methods, and measures psychological and physiological indicators after long-term care interventions, to evaluate the effects of long-term care intervention. The results show that long-term care intervention has a positive effect on patients\’ psychological and physiological health, and proposes corresponding care strategies.

一、研究背景

長期護理是指患者接受連續(xù)的、長期的、高質(zhì)量的護理服務(wù)。長期護理對于患者的心理健康和身體健康都有著重要的作用。長期護理干預(yù)可以通過改變患者的生活方式，提高患者的生活質(zhì)量和滿意度，減少患者的抑郁和焦慮等心理問題，改善患者的身體健康狀況。

然而，長期護理干預(yù)的實施需要嚴格的管理和評估。由于長期護理干預(yù)需要患者接受連續(xù)的、長時間的護理服務(wù)，因此需要對患者進行有效的管理和監(jiān)督。
